These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Cuts by Amber website and booking services. By using this site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must provide accurate booking and contact details. By using the website or booking flow, you confirm that the information you submit is correct and that you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Services and Availability

All services are offered based on business availability. Appointment times shown online are not guaranteed until confirmed through our booking system. We may update, limit, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule at any time with no penalty.
No late fees are currently charged.
No no-show fees are currently charged.

By booking an appointment and providing your contact details, you consent to receive appointment-related communications, including confirmations, scheduling updates, and reminders, by email and/or SMS at the contact details provided.

We may also call you at the phone number you provide when needed to confirm, update, or discuss your appointment. These calls are service-related only. Cuts by Amber does not place marketing or telemarketing phone calls.

Marketing messages are separate and are sent only if you affirmatively opt in. Marketing texts may include loyalty messages, coupons, discounts, promotions, and service announcements. Where supported by our Square integration, opting in may also enroll or map your phone number in our Square Loyalty program.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (reply HELP for help). You can opt out of marketing emails through unsubscribe instructions or by contacting Cuts by Amber. Message and data rates may apply. Joining a marketing text program is not a condition of purchase, and by opting in you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Even without these fees or windows, we ask clients to cancel or reschedule as early as possible so time can be offered to other clients.

4. Pricing and Payments

Service prices are listed on the website and may be updated at any time. Payments are processed through approved payment providers such as Square. You are responsible for providing valid payment information when required.

5. Refund Policy

Services are final upon completion. Refunds are at owner's discretion.

6. Client Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or end service for unsafe, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, or for conduct that disrupts normal operations.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with site operations, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to disrupt normal booking flows.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and booking flow may rely on third-party services, including Square and social platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Content, Photos, Reviews, and Marketing Use

By submitting, posting, tagging, sharing, or otherwise providing content related to Cuts by Amber, you grant permission for that content to be used for business marketing and advertising purposes where permitted by law.

This includes pictures, videos, testimonials, comments, reviews, and similar content posted on this website, on social media, on other online media, and in print media.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Website content and booking tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is always complete, current, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Cuts by Amber is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website, booking tools, or services.
